National University Speaking Tour of the Spring Event for Campus Award of the 16th Chinese University Students AD Festival undertaken by School of Design & Art

The National Speaking Tour of the Spring Event for Campus Award of Chinese University Students AD Festival-Changsha Station- was held in Lingnan Multifunctional Lecture Hall on the afternoon of Apr. 3. This activity was sponsored by China Advertising Association, undertaken by Admen Culture Group and Design & Art Institute of Hunan University of Commerce and executed by Smart Planet in the whole course respectively. The director of Design & Art Institute, organizing committee of AD Campus, representatives of peer colleges in Hunan, related Medias and enterprise representatives were present in the activity. In addition, the main participants also included more than 400 students who came from more than ten colleges in the province, such as, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Hunan University of Technology, Hunan City University and Hunan Women’s University.

At the beginning of activity, Wu Can, the dean of Design & College Institute made a speech to welcome the arrival of organizing committee of AD Campus, well-known entrepreneurs, university teachers and students. Chen Xiaoqing, the Deputy General Manager of Admen Culture Group awarded “Annual Advertising Education Promotion Award” for our university on behalf of organizing committee and Guan Hong, the professor and assistant dean accepted the award on the stage on behalf of our university.

Then, the representatives of Besunyen, RIO Wine Industry, Meifubao, Space7, Huasheng Haoche, Edobee, Sunrain and other enterprises shared their creative pursuit, analyzed their strategy paper in details and interacted with all students on the exhibition stand. Except for the various prizes, the participating students also knew the product characteristics and accumulated the creative inspiration of topic work when vied to answer the questions of these representatives.

Saver Du, the founder, director/president CEO of BOSIM was also invited by the activity. He started from himself to share his years of career experience, brought the students new advertising concept and shared his creative experience in simple terms through decades of history and practical examples,

This National University Speaking Tour of AD Campus the Spring Event will pick out 30 major cities from the whole country and appointed the well-known universities as the undertaker of Creative Lecture Hall to undertake and organize the AD Campus in every city. Compared with other similar activities, the AD Campus has developed into an important stage for advertising art students by right of its largest awards, biggest scale, highest level and strongest effects.

Our Design & Art Institute has undertaken this event for consecutive eight years and once won 1 Grand Prix, 1 Gold Award, 4 Silver Awards, 6 Bronze Awards and hundreds of Excellence Awards. (Yu Zhaoxia)
