By combining with Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Project, Chief Engineer Lin Ming introduced three key points of the large-scale project construction in details. The first aspect is about innovation. The large-scale projects need to respond to more engineering challenges, and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is based on innovation; The second aspect is the intelligent construction. The large-scale projects need to overcome risks beyond the reach of manpower, and the immersed tunnel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge overcame many risks and challenges by relying on the intelligent construction system. The last key point is the quality engineering. The large-scale projects are landmark and public, and more attention needs to be paid to the quality of the project. Under the initiative of Management Department of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the project team formed the concept of quality engineering.

During the interactive section, the present teachers and students responded enthusiastically and actively asked questions. They were deeply moved by the spirit of innovation and utter devotion of Chief Engineer Lin Ming and his team members who struggle hard and overcome all difficulties to build a bridge to connect the south and north, and felt extremely proud of the prosperity of the country.
