In order to ensure the sufficient and high-quality employment of HNUC’s fresh graduates, the Admission & Employment Guidance Division invited 28 Top 500 enterprises, including Zoomlion, Sany Group, CETGC and CRSG Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd. and so on, to attend the job fire and university-enterprise cooperative seminar in HNUC in the afternoon of May 16, 2017. Tang Yayang, the secretary of the party committee, and Zeng Fuqiu, the vice-president, came to the job fair and had a friendly communication with the business representatives.

Secretary Tang Yayang asked the participating enterprises for their talent demand plans and the evaluation of HNUC’s graduates, and listened to their opinions and suggestions on HNUC’s talent cultivation and employment. He encouraged the participating students to be fully prepared and active in coping with the fierce employment competition and be confident in the job interviews with employers, and wished them a good luck in job hunting.

Many high-quality Top 500 enterprises attended this job fair, and provided over 1500 well-paid job opportunities, which are relevant to our university’s majors. Over 500 fresh graduates, including many from sister colleges, attended the job fair.

Simultaneously, the 2017 HNUC-Top 500 Enterprises Cooperative Seminar was held in Room 401, Office Building II. Business representatives and the directors of the Admission & Employment Guidance and secondary colleges attended the seminar.

In their speeches, the business representatives spoke highly of our graduates, and stated that HNUC graduates are down-to-earth and adaptable. They also hoped the university to strengthen the communication between enterprises and students.

Cultivating application-oriented talents is HNUC’s target, and it is important for the university and enterprises to actively participate in the cultivation of students, said Liu Jibo, the director of the Admission & Employment Guidance Division. He stated that, in order to address the imbalance between job supply and demand, schools need to customize talent cultivation plans based on business demands.

Finally, the director of the Admission & Employment Guidance Division and the representative of CRSG Guangzhou Engineering Co., Ltd. entered into a university-enterprise cooperative agreement. (Text/Admission & Employment Guidance Division, Photo/Luo Renbin)
