 Introduction of the Speaker: Lu Dinghong, female, born in Yiyang, Hunan Province in 1984, the Han nationality, member of Communist Party of China. Ms. Lu graduated from School of Finance, Hunan University of Commerce in 2007. During her school time, she once took post as league branch secretary of class 0301 of Finance. Ms. Lu received honors and awards such as “Outstanding University Student of Hunan Province”, “Provincial Government First-class Scholarship Winner” and “National Grants Winner”, etc.

Ms. Lu graduated in June, 2017 and passed the selected graduates test. In August, 2017, she was assigned to work as the vice director of Party and Administration Office of Wutan Town People’s Government, Taojiang County. In February, 2009, she took post as deputy secretary of Youth League Committee, Taojiang County. From June, 2011 to January, 2016, she took post as disciplinarian and director of Unite Union of Party Committee Office, Taojiang County. From January, 2016 up to now, she has been taken post as secretary of Youth League Committee, Taojiang County.

During Ms. Lu’s working lifetime, she has an excellent job performance. Ms. Lu received honors as “Advanced Individual” in the disciplinary system of Taojiang County, model in implementing the political consultative work and “Outstanding Students” in the 4th National Newly-appointed County Secretary of Youth League Committee Training Class, etc. The Youth League Committee of Taojiang County which Ms. Lu is in charge of was awarded as “Red-banner Unit” of Yiyang in 2016. Her “To Keep in Mind the Mission of Youth and Promote the Reform of Youth League Committee” was published in “Yiyang Daily” on A3 Edition on November 12, 2016.
