Introduction of the Speaker: Professor Jia Jianming now is head of Marketing Department of Business School of Chinese University of Hong Kong. Also, he takes post as Yangtze River Scholar Chair Professor of Ministry of Education and honorary dean of School of Economics and Management of Southwest Jiaotong University. Professor Jia received his Ph. D from Business School of Texas University in America. His research interests include big data marketing, social network, consumer choice, customer relationship management and behavioral decision, etc. He has published his papers in world’s top academic journals in management field such as Management Science, Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Research, and Operations Research, etc. Besides, he currently takes post as member of Expert Consultation Committee of Department of Management Sciences of National Natural Science Foundation of China, member of National MBA Educational Instruction Committee and member of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, etc. He used to take post as associate editor of Magazine Operations Research, academic director of Marketing Science Institute, etc. Professor Jia has rich counseling and training experiences. He provides services for China Citic Bank, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Railway Group, Guangzhou Railway Group and IBM, etc.
